Program Name: Epic Development Solutions Lead Notification Alerts

Program Description: This SMS program sends internal operational alerts to authorized company staff members or employees when a website visitor submits a contact form or live chat request. These alerts help our team respond to inbound inquiries quickly.

Internal SMS recipients provide their mobile phone numbers directly to Epic Development Solutions and separately consent to receive work-related notifications during onboarding, employment, contractor setup, or by requesting SMS lead alerts from management.

Message frequency varies based on website lead and chat activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out. After replying STOP, a recipient may receive one final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from the program unless they opt in again.
